Laser diode driver

The Beratron GmbH is specialized in current-sources for pulsed applications, especially in high-power diode-laser technology (HPDL). Beratron current-sources are best suited for pulse current for single diodes, bars and arrays.

Our products range enfolded devices in 19 inch rack format in different power classes. These devices can be powered with 110V - 230V AC. They are equipped with several safety-loops and can be controlled via RS232, USB and CAN-Bus. An easy-to-use controll-software for Windows and UNIX Systems is available.

• internally mounted diode with fiber-connector
• TEC up to 15 A / 24 V, equates to ca. 8 W at ΔT=10°C to environment
• suply 24 V/DC
• suitable for many fibre-coupled diodes
• Service: mounting of the diode is done by Beratron
